✳️ All officers and the leader offer general support, plus 1-2-1 information and guidance.

✳️ Officers and the leader manage cooldowns, and castle upkeep. 

✳️ The leader recruits, and makes all the final decisions for the guild and it's members, plus manages castle guards at castles, (unless an emergency situation arises where guards need to hired to avoid losing a castle).

✳️ The leader (and sometimes designated officers) manage castle guards swaps.

✳️ The leader and officers manage Wars and War strategy. ⚔️ 🛡️

✳️ The leader, officers, and event officers manage strategy for PvPs.  👑

✳️ The leader, officers, and all members can organise Atlas raids on enemies. ☠️ 💪

✳️ All members are either governors or have a banking role and are expected to have a Prim stationed with the correct number of troops at the castle where they are either a banker or a governor.

✳️ All members have banking access and are expected to manage this access with due regard and consideration to the guild and all it's members. See under Banking  🏦

✳️ Governors can manage castle shields, like our officers and the leader. 

✳️  All members have an important role to play, and in many ways, we think of all members as officers of the guild. Therefore, members can pass on information to guild members, share tips, put forward suggestions, @ group when we under attack, or to communicate an important message to the team. 

✳️ All members can politely remind others of their duties to the guild including: reminders for quests or a requests to other members to deploy the right number of troops at certain castles, etc.

✳️ All members can organise raids, post videos and information, encourage the team, etc. etc.  In short, we want all our members to make this guild their home and do the things that will help us all succeed as a team. 💪💪💪
